Need a salad dressing quick but don’t have any handy without an expiration date from 6 months ago?  I love creamy salad dressings…uhhh count me out on bleu cheese however….so I’ve discovered that you can whip together a tangy, quick thousand island salad dressing by simply mixing your favorite mayonnaise with a sufficient amount of your favorite ketchup, stir in however much pickle relish you desire (I happen to love lots of this) and instantly you have a delicious thousand island dressing with all your favorite flavors!  And the great part about this is that I always have these ingredients on hand.  C’mon now…one doesn’t always virtuously crave balsamic vinegar and olive oil!!!
